If you are concerned about....
having the skills to play in a band
-
Our Beginner Band is truly for beginners. You
do not have to know how to play a single note or how to read music. You
choose the instrument you want to play and bring it to Beginner Band. Our
talented director will take you from there.
having enough time to practice
-
We encourage you to practice for your own enjoyment
and personal growth.
what level of band you should join
-
See our "which band?" page and then, if you are not sure what level you belong in,
one of our band directors will assist you in choosing a comfortable band
level.
how much it is going to cost
-
Our band fees are an incredible bargain. Because
ours is a non-profit organization, we can keep our fees very low. You will
have to supply your own instrument, but local music dealers have instruments
available for rental or purchase if needed.
We are grateful for funding assistance received from Saskatchewan Band Association and Saskatchewan Lotteries.
